betk Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "betk Platform" refers to the website accessible at betk.one, including all associated mobile-optimized pages, game interfaces, account management tools, and support channels operated by betk.
• "Player Account" or "Account" means the individual registered account created by a user upon successful completion of the betk registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the player into their betk account using supported Philippine payment methods, denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or other non-cash incent ives awarded by betk subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a player must wager using a bonus before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" refers to the identity and age verification process required by betk and applicable Philippine regulations before processing withdrawals or upon request.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to and use of the betk Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, payment, promotional, and support services made available through the betk Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the betk Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by betk, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with betk's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the betk Platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the betk Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility

To register and use the betk Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, consistent with the minimum age for casino-style gambling as regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold a betk Player Account.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the betk Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of betk or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the betk Platform for any reason.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

betk operates in good faith reliance on the accuracy of information provided during registration. Any misrepresentation of age, identity, or eligibility status constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

4 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on betk, you must complete the registration process and create a Player Account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active betk Player Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. betk employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, betk reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. betk is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

betk may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing your first withdrawal or at any time thereafter. Acceptable identification documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine passport, SSS/GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, PRC ID, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be required.

4.4 Account Currency

All betk Player Accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). betk does not currently support multi-currency accounts. All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PHP.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your betk account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or agents.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your betk account on your behalf.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your betk account and update it regularly.
• You must notify betk immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting our support team via live chat.
• betk will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

betk is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified betk of unauthorized access and betk has confirmed receipt of such notification.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

betk supports a range of Philippine payment channels for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and other channels as may be added or removed from time to time. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

6.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. betk does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per payment method, as displayed in the betk cashier at the time of deposit. betk does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your betk account.
• Any active bonus balance must meet its applicable wagering requirement before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• betk reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above ₱50,000 or where unusual account activity is detected.
• Processing times vary by payment method. betk aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days.

6.4 Anti-Money Laundering

betk is committed to compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. betk may delay, withhold, or report transactions that appear suspicious or inconsistent with a player's stated profile. Players are required to cooperate fully with any AML-related inquiries from betk or relevant authorities.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

betk offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may be restricted based on account status, location, payment method, or other criteria determined by betk.
• Each promotion has a specified wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• betk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

• Players who self-exclude or request account closure while holding an active bonus balance will forfeit that balance.

8 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the betk Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general principles apply to all games on betk:

• All game outcomes on betk are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and audited for fairness.
• betk publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for its slot games. These figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on betk's servers, the server-side record shall be the definitive and binding result.
• betk is not responsible for game interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side. Where a game round is interrupted mid-play, betk's system will resolve the round based on the last confirmed server state.
• betk reserves the right to void any game round or transaction where a technical error, software malfunction, or human error has resulted in an incorrect outcome or payout.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betk Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or using a betk account if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of betk.
• Creating or operating more than one betk Player Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with betk games or systems in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated cheating with other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the betk Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with betk's software, systems, or security measures.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the betk Platform or the experience of other players.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the betk Platform — including but not limited to the betk name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of betk or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the betk Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any betk content without prior written consent.
• Use betk's trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation.
• Create derivative works based on betk's proprietary content or software.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the betk Platform.

Any unauthorized use of betk's intellectual property may result in legal action. betk actively monitors for infringement and will enforce its rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, betk's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the betk Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your betk account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

betk shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service outages beyond betk's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where betk has not been notified in accordance with Section 5.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information, game statistics, or promotional materials published on the betk Platform.
• Losses arising from betk's exercise of its rights under these Terms, including account suspension or closure.

12 Responsible Gaming

betk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. The following tools and policies are available to all betk players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time via account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of their choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 months).
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from betk may submit a self-exclusion request. Once confirmed, self-exclusion is irrevocable for the minimum period selected (minimum 6 months). betk will use reasonable technical measures to prevent excluded players from re-registering.

14 Amendments to These Terms

betk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, betk will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the betk Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the betk Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using betk and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4. 15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the betk Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through betk's internal dispute resolution process by contacting betk's customer support team. betk will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through betk's internal process, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for this purpose.
